1. Our services

We provide quality assurance, compliance and accreditation consultancy services to training providers, colleges and centres. The specific services, scope and deliverables for each piece of work will be agreed with you before we begin. The prices shown on our website apply to our standard services; larger or more complex work may be subject to a tailored quote.

2. Quotes and prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The fixed prices on our website apply to our standard services as described. Where your requirements fall outside a standard service, we will provide a written quote. Prices and the services we offer may change from time to time, but any change will not affect work we have already agreed with you. We are not currently registered for VAT; if this changes, VAT will be added where applicable and shown clearly.

3. Consultations

Our initial consultation is a 45-minute session for the fee shown on our website, booked and paid for in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment

Payment is made securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due before work begins or as set out in our quote or invoice. We do not store your card details.

5. Your responsibilities

To help us provide our services effectively, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, give us reasonable access to the people, documents and systems we need, and respond to our reasonable requests in good time. Delays in providing what we need may affect agreed timescales.

6. Deliverables and intellectual property

Once you have paid for the relevant work in full, you may use the documents and materials we produce specifically for you for your own internal business purposes. We retain ownership of our own templates, tools, methods and know-how, including any general materials we use to deliver our services.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We provide professional guidance and support based on our experience, and will carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. However, the decision to grant approval, accreditation or any similar status rests with the relevant awarding organisation, accreditation body or regulator. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, result or decision by a third party.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel and any refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

We treat the information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to provide our services or as required by law. We ask that you treat our proposals, advice and materials as confidential to you.

10. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the fees you have paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings. We are not responsible for the decisions or actions of any third party, including any awarding organisation, accreditation body or regulator.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you purchase a service will apply to that purchase.
